SEO consultant,
from diagnosis to done.
I’m Kacper Rafalski. I help B2B and tech teams win back and grow organic traffic from Google – and get cited in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. I start with the data and finish by checking that the change worked.
Services
How I can help
Six services, one method. Each one works on its own – most projects start with an audit, because that’s what shows what’s worth doing next. After the audit, we can move to an ongoing engagement.
SEO audit
Technical health, content, links, and AI readiness – findings grouped by root cause, prioritized by business value, each with an acceptance criterion.
MoreGEO · AEOAI search visibility
So ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews can find, understand, and cite you – measured, not promised.
MoreContentContent audit
A decision for every URL: keep, update, merge, or remove – with cannibalization, decay, and a redirect map.
MoreMigrationSEO migration
A new platform, domain, or structure without losing traffic: a baseline, a 301 map, and checks before and after the switch.
MoreContentSEO content strategy
What to publish next: a topic map, intent per page, the gap against competitors, and internal linking that builds authority.
MoreLinksLink audit
Whether links are really what holds you back, which lost links to reclaim, and whether your site links to dead ends.
MoreOngoingOngoing SEO consulting
Every month: a plan, sign-off on what shipped, decision-stage content, link acquisition, and AI visibility tracking – reported in leads, not just traffic.
MoreHow I work
Four things I do on every project
- 01
I measure before I diagnose
A traffic drop doesn’t always mean a ranking drop. When an AI Overview appears in the results, a page can lose most of its clicks at the same position. I check what actually changed in Search Console first, then look for the cause.
- 02
I fix causes, not symptoms
A thousand URLs with the same error usually means one template. I group findings by root cause, because teams ship tasks, not lists of URLs.
- 03
I order work by revenue
A page that brings in leads beats a page with big traffic and no conversions. When I don’t have lead data, I say so and explain how to get it.
- 04
I check that it worked
Every recommendation comes with an acceptance criterion. After the fix ships, a recrawl or Search Console data shows whether the problem is gone – no debate about whether something is “done.”
Consultant or agency
When to work with me, and when to hire an agency
Work with me
- You have a team or an agency that ships, and you need someone to say what to do and in what order
- You’re planning a migration, a redesign, or a platform change
- Traffic dropped and you want to know why before you spend on fixes
- You want to talk to the person doing the analysis, not an account manager
Hire an agency
- You need dozens of articles a month and have no editorial team
- You want a large-scale link acquisition campaign
- You want one vendor for SEO, paid ads, and social
About
Who I am
I’ve worked in SEO for 16 years: at an agency from 2010, in my own consultancy from 2014, and since 2018 leading SEO and automation at a large consulting company. I run my analysis on my own Python tools, built on APIs and MCP servers. As a consultant, I bring the same method to teams without an in-house specialist.
I work in English and Polish, on sites in both languages.
Frequently asked questions
What does an SEO consultant do?
An SEO consultant diagnoses why a site is losing or not gaining search traffic, decides what to fix and in what order, and checks the result after the fix ships. Unlike an agency, a consultant usually doesn’t run content or link production at scale – the job is the decisions and their quality.
What’s the difference between SEO, GEO, and AEO?
SEO is visibility in classic search results. GEO and AEO are two names for the same goal: making sure AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews can find your page, understand it, and cite it in an answer. Most of the work overlaps, so I run them as one service.
Do you implement the changes yourself?
Implementation stays with your team or agency. I write the tasks with acceptance criteria, answer questions along the way, and verify the result with a recrawl.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the site, the number of templates and languages, and the scope. After a short call I send a proposal with scope, timeline, and price – before any work starts.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm or which sources a language model picks. What I can guarantee is that recommendations are based on data, ordered by value, and verifiable after they ship.
Who do you work with?
Mostly B2B, tech, and ecommerce companies in Europe and beyond, in English and Polish. I’m most useful where there’s a team that will implement the changes.
